The Chef: Adam Walker

Chef Walker trained at Johnson & Wales University, where he earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Nutrition. By day, he studied the methods of classical cooking. By night, he applied those skills to his own unique creations as a professional restaurant chef.

Later as a Research Chef, developing food products for a wide variety of large companies, he learned how to create truly excellent food outside of a restaurant kitchen. He is influenced by his travel because “sometimes there’s no substitute for having a certain cuisine straight from the source.”

As a personal chef, Chef Adam has become the guy that people go to when they need something special that they just can’t find anywhere else. Now, Chef Adam “cooks what’s in his heart” preparing weekly kits for his customers of DinnerCrafters.

Chef Adam is eager for you to join him at this event. After all, the most important thing about cooking is sharing it with others.
