SUMMARY:TAMAR Workshop Series
DESCRIPTION:The goal of this workshop series is to help you identify and practice self-regulation strategies designed to alleviate the signs and symptoms of experienced trauma and develop vital skills that promote your understanding and healing. \nThis program will be facilitated by Cha’kel Walker (Learner Support Specialist) & guest speakers using the evidence-based TAMAR (Trauma\, Addiction\, Mental Health\, and Recovery) model. Clinical counseling will also be available. \nWorkshops begin Feb 5 and will be held every Monday from 1:00-2:30 pm. Refreshments will be provided. Fill out this form to register.
