Location, Transportation and Parking

South Baltimore Learning Center’s main facility is located at 28 E Ostend St in Federal Hill between Light Street and South Charles Street.

Bus Services

The LocalLink 67, ExpressLink 164, and CityLink Silver stop at Light & Cross Streets, which is about 2 miles from SBLC.  LocalLink 94 stops at S. Charles & Ostend Streets, which is about 1 block from SBLC. For more information about bus service, go to http://mta.maryland.gov/services/bus/.

The Charm City Circulator is a free shuttle.  Its purple route goes from Penn Station through Federal Hill and stops at Charles & Ostend Streets about a half block from SBLC.  For more information, go to http://www.charmcitycirculator.com/.  

Parking

On-street parking is limited to two hours for non-residents, so please be sure to pay attention to the posted signs. Additionally, there is free parking available in our lot at the corner of West and Marshall Streets. However, please note that parking spaces in the lot are limited, and SBLC cannot guarantee free or unrestricted parking for any learners. Alternatively, there is a parking garage about a block away, located on E. West Street between S. Charles and Light Streets.
