Join SBLC | Learning Works in a unique interactive virtual fundraiser. Local Chef, Adam Walker will lead you through the preparation of a restaurant-quality dinner for two prepared all in your own kitchen.
Included with your ticket is all of the ingredients you’ll need to prepare a dinner for 2 using common kitchen tools.
MENU
Goat Cheese and Leek Crostini
Whipped goat cheese, braised leeks, orange balsamic reduction
New England Lobster Pie
Poached lobster meat, enriched cream sauce, sherry wine, buttered breadcrumbs
Seared Kale Salad
Tuscan kale, cherry tomatoes, garlic, and peppercorn dressing

Includes all ingredients to prepare a dinner for 2 as well as a prepared appetizer, custom paired wine, and dessert.
