Start Your Mindfulness Journey Today
Participants will learn about mindfulness,coping skills, nutritional education, how to identify triggers for trauma reminders, and how to evaluate anxious thoughts. These mindfulness and self-care practices aim to address the effects of loss, stress, and trauma on South Baltimore residents & learners.
