Covers enrollment in the Career Skills Academy or exposure industry pathway (e.g., Wind Energy or Aviation).

Fully supports a learner through both literacy/diploma attainment and workforce training.

Provides wraparound support: meals, supplies, and job placement assistance.

Empowers a group of learners with classroom technology, materials, and academic coaching for a semester.

Helps SBLC expand programming and reach more adults across Baltimore.
